La Rosa Bianca, comfortable apartment of charm, is composed of 3 rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom-shower and a spacious living room / kitchen area, where it is possible to have another big bed. Luminous and perfect as a holiday home in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, on the second floor of a building completely restored in 2011 respecting its original architectural features. The building, with elevator, located near Piazza San Domenico, a focal point to reach, with great ease, visits in the historical centre, and one of the most important monuments of the city by foot or by bicycle (on request as an additional service), or use of public transport pass and a short distance from the main Via Roma. A few meters away from the apartment, past the Piazza San Domenico with a beautiful church, where they are buried many famous Sicilians and where you can admire many testimononze Baroque, is the famous market of Palermo ‘’vucciria'' and not far from the square, don’ t miss the Oratorio di Santa Cita, a jewel of baroque, full of stucco and well kept. At 250 m. the ‘' Cala’’ the most ancient port of Palermo.

Price list

The White Rose can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Rates for the rental of whole apartment (min. 3 nights):

Summer (1 avr - 15 oct): € 180,00 per night
Winter (16 oct – 31 mar): € 150,00 per night

Terms of payment: 20% at the time of booking. The remaning 80% by Paypal, or Transfer to bank account or cash at the arrival. Security deposit at the arrival € 150.00
Cancellation: 3 days before arrival date.
In case of late cancellation, first night will be debited from your credit card.
